It usually takes 8 weeks to get your no criminal record check from FBI. It seems that you will miss the deadline. But you can fax your explaination to Immigration ceter. You also can call FBI to check your status and explain your situation to see whether they can prcess your application asap. I just called FBI last week to check my status. I received my no criminal record yesterday. If you call FBI headquarter, they will tell the right number to call.
