請教各位高人:863211 & PJing

我的I-140批準了,按照排期還有好幾年的時間才輪到I-485呢.

可麻煩的是,我今年的收入達不到公司為我申請H1B時對政府的承諾.

我的問題是,在此情形下,會不會影響到未來綠卡的批準? 還有,就是我的Full time的H1B是否可以轉為Part time的H1B以避免將來的麻煩?

您有什麽好建議請告知我,多謝了!!!
