從目前來看,今年的收入很可能低於prevail wage level.

-Don't think it will be a probem because USCIS probably will not pick your case for the H1 on-site inspection (too small chance, and you can ignore it just like the car acident may happen every day, but you do not need to worry about that).

在此情況下,有什麽解決之道嗎? 比如還按照prevail wage level報稅?

-Nothing needed to do.

 

(自己搭錢行嗎? 工資部分怎麽辦?)
