回複：NIW,可否回國等排期

Pjing, 你好。NIW 140 批準後，排期還有兩年。 可否回國等排期，從國內遞交485，辦移民簽證？若可以，具體怎麽操作？

自己感覺不可以，NIW是基於雇傭的綠卡，人沒有在美國，沒有美國的工作。隻憑以 前批準的140 ，在境外辦綠卡，恐怕不行。找你確認以下。

-You need to find a job in US before you apply for the immigration visa in China when the PD is current.

第二選擇；可否是排期前，再找個美國的博士後，用H1b簽證入境後，遞交485。可否

-Yes as long as the job is in the same/similar area as that indicated in the NIW I-140.
