 另外，在pd 當前情況下，從國內辦移民簽證大約需等多久？

-He/she needs to file I-824 first before the PD is current, then when the PD current, he/she can apply for the immigrationm visa. Normally it will take 4 to 6 months from the date the PD becomes current.

太長了，美國教授可能不會等。若這樣，隻好讓他給辦個h1b簽證,來美國後，再交485，辦綠卡。
