請問863211和pjiang老師

It seems that K3 visa may help spouse to be in USA faster, but need to file I-130 and 129F

at the same time, and the K3 visa should be manily gated by the approval of 129F.

So, do we know if the approval of 129F is usually much faster than the approval of 130 ??

otherwsie, the K3 visa does not seem to help to shorten seperation time.
