And 2nd question, how my daughter (13 years old) can maintain her VISA or legal status before PD is current if she gets B2 vias to enter USA?

-What is your status? If your status is H1, she can change her status to H4 or apply for the H4 visa to enter US, if yours is F1, her can be F2, and so on. If you do not have such a status, try to get it.
