I am currrently using EAD (My H1 was expired), so I guess I am in status of adjustment. My daughter got a B2 visa from Shanghai 2 years ago but she did not come to here for some reasons. So what kind of visa should she apply?
-She still can apply for the B2 visa. But you had better get the h1 status if you want your child to come to US using non-immigration visa and then, file I-485. Otherwise, she has to apply for the immigration visa in China using follow-to-join after you get your green card.
