我是副申請人，LD的已批。IO 問我要LD OPT後半段到我的Ｈ4開始之間的legal status 的evidence. (我們主副I20 expires on 05/15/09, ＬＤ的OPT是10/01/08~09/30/09， H1/H4 緊接著從10/01/09開始）。這樣從LD 的I20結束（０５／１６／０９）到H status開始（０９／３０／０９）三個多月我的確沒材料。
現在就是不知道，我當時在ＬＤ開始OPT的時候，要extension我的Ｆ２ 嗎？
-Correct. You needed to extend your F2.
我當時以為隻要ＬＤ還是Ｆ１， 我就自動Ｆ２沒問題。

但我的副Ｉ２０上沒有任何關於ＬＤ ＯＰＴ的信息，我如何證明自己的Ｆ２ 呢？提交ＬＤ的Ｉ２０（有ＯＰＴ的ｎｏｔｅ）和ＬＤ的ＯＰＴ－ＥＡＤ就可以了嗎？
還是我真遇到麻煩了？

-No way. Just tell the truth that you forgot to extend your F2 at the time because yopu did not realize it. Also justify that you are still qualified for the adjustment of status based on 245(k).
