剛收到NVC郵寄給我們公司的invoice for immigrant visa application，state.gov上麵說是這是因為USCIS批準了petition，NVC已經準備進行下一步：interveiw了。
但是我的PD是2007年8月的，我的I485都沒有開始，我想應該是被化成廣州的case了，請問我該怎麽辦？
-It may have been a mistake inidcated in the I-140 by your HR/lawyer that you will get your immigration visa in China using consular processing, not file I-485 within US. Now, just ask your HR to reply to NVC that you will file I-485 to to adjust your status within US, not use consular processing. Then, ask NVC to stop processing your case and not need to pay any fee to NVC. Then, you can file I-485 when the PD is current.
Nothing is needed to worry about and just do your work as usual.
