根據State.gov的解釋隻有PD到了才會給受益人發invoice，那是否可以認為NVC已經allocate VISA number把我的case準備批了？
-No way unless your PD is current. NVC asking you to pay the processing fee does not mean the visa number is assigned to you and this is just routine procedure and NVC will not send your file to the US Consulate in Guangzhou until your PD is current.
我可以回到廣州去進行麵試如果他們能批準，說不定公司都能報銷這次費用。。。。 不過是不是風險很大？
-My suggestion is that you just file I-485 in US and ask NVC stop processing your case.
