母親申請延期被拒，請給各位大師幫忙看看，謝謝！

今天收到移民局的拒絕信，理由是：

If you are filing for an extension/change, you must file you application with the original Form I-94 of each person included in your application. In addition, you must submit a written statement explaining in detail:

--the reasons for your rqeuest;

--why your extended stay would be temporary, including with a arrangement you have made to depart the United States; and

-- any effect the extended stay may have on your foreign employment or residency.

附上我們給移民局的信，懇請各位老師幫忙看看，怎樣修改才能符合要求。萬分感激！

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am enclosing the application and the documents herewith for the extension of stay for my mother who is currently in the U.S. on B-2 visa. According to her I-94, her authorized stay will expire on Jan 6, 2011. However, She would like to extend her stay in the U.S. until July 7,2011

During my mom 5 months stay with me, my mom and I fully enjoyed the quality family time together. I am very happy to have my mom visiting US and experiencing different culture here. We have sight seen many beautiful places in US. Due to my work schedule and limited vacations, we were not able to make as many trips as we would like to within six month. I want to show her to more places of the States. With Chinese lunar New Year coming in February, I really would like to stay with her and show my filial obedience to her.

My mom has strong ties with China. She has decent social standing and possessions in China. She has pension and life-long medical insurance after working very hard for over 30 years. More importantly, she has many relatives and friends in China. My older brothers and sister live several miles away from my mom. My brothers have grandchildren. My mom enjoys visiting her grandchildren and grand children often. My mom has siblings and close friends living in the same city, with whom they spend a lot of time after their retirement in China. All of these ties ensure my mom will return to China right after her temporary visit in US.

During her extended stay, she will continue to stay at my home located at, and I will continue to provide all financial support to her during that time.

Please find the following documents enclosed herewith:

1 Copy of Form I-94 （ Front and Back）

2 Copies of all pages of passport

3 Proof of financial support including my bank statements, recent pay stubs,

I respectfully request you to approve their extension of stay and please provide them with an extended I-94.

另外，不知道移民局到底收到我母親的I-94正本沒有，為什麽這次沒有隨信退給我們呢？
