我們去年10月在給他申請H4延期時，律師提供給移民局的I-94卡是2007年的舊卡，移民局拒絕了延期，理由是根據他們的記錄是：我們的孩子2009年7月離開美國，現在不在美國。但事實是，他已經在2009年8月持AP返回，2010年又回去，再次持新AP返回，他一直在美國讀大學。
