我的小孩去年，前年兩次用AP回中國，得到parolee I-94卡，

但移民局的記錄有錯誤，說他從2009年7月至今仍然在中國。- What kind of records, and how did you get to knwo it?

現在，我們的485 排期即將到了，這樣的記錄錯誤會影響他的審批結果嗎？會要求他到廣州等綠卡嗎？我們有什麽需要做嗎？請老師給予指導。謝謝！
