Thanks for the reply. I will think about the lawyer choice. Regarding my case specifics, you pretty much know it all. EB-3, PD 03/2006, I-130 was approved in 2007. Did the biometrics and physical exam in 2008. Received notice for interview and went to the interview Jan, 2010. The IO told me at the spot my green card application was pre-approved and she couldn't give me the card because my PD was not current. She told me just wait. Then last month, I received the letter for intend to denial and now my I-485 is denied. I guess it was just my luck...
Do you think I still have a change of getting the green card if I file MTR? I know I probably can't expect you to answer question like this, but hope you can understand, I am under so much stress and you seem to be so knowledgeable about the immigration law and system, and that is why I was hoping to get an idea from you. Afterall, like I explain earlier, I am really lack of confidence right now.
