First, the lawyer I have right now is the same lady who wrote that letter of legal opinion right now, since both of her letter failed to solve my issue, do you think I should hire someone else or still have her to represent me since she knows my situation the best.
-You may contact some more lawyers. It is dificult for me make judgement on your lawyer because I do not know any specific details about your case and your lawyer's work on your case.
Second, what is the difference between file I-129B MTR and taking the USICS to the immigration court? Which option is better for me?
-The I-129B MTR will be dealt with by a higher rank USCIS officer within USCIS ysytem, and the case to the immigration court will be dealt with by a immigration judge in the court. These two are in the different system. If you fail in the immigration court, you probably will be in removal proceeding (deportation out of US) immediately. But if you fail in MTR, you will illegaly stay and maybe nobody will deport you immediately. Talk to a lawyer to help you, anyway.
