準備走EB1A途徑申請綠卡，但是我的律師建議我等140批準後再遞交485.

想問一下從140批準到485批準（EB1a）大概需要多長時間，

這個過程能選擇PP嗎？

-Yes, but some people think it is easly to get RFE using PP for EB1. Talk to your lawyer if you plan to use PP.
