如果同時遞交140和485，一旦被拒對我現在的H1有影響嗎?

-No. The problem is if the I-140 is denied, the I-485 will be denied and thus, you waste your I-485 filing fee and physical exam fee. That is why the lawyer suggest that you file I-140 first and if the I-140 is approved, you then file I-485. Otherwise, not need to waste money to file I-485.

是不是我的H1身份也會隨之喪失，必須離境？

-Not affect your H1 status.
