1. H1B轉H4再轉H1B，新的H1B是不再占用每年quota的，所以可以隨時開始，對嗎？
-Yes.
2. 從H1B轉H4的時候要file一張change of status的form I-539，辭職最好是收到receipt notice (not the approval notice)之後；從收到receipt notice到最後收到change of status approval notice中間這段時間，legal status是”change of status pending status” ， -You can legally stay during the H4 is pending. 這段pending的時間仍然抵減H1B六年的時間？ -No. Your H1 status stops/termiantes when you stop working for the employer. 3. 最關鍵的問題：如果在pending status期間，我找到新的工作，新雇主在重新file H1B petition的時候會有什麽practical的問題嗎？ -No problem, but the problem is that is the H1 is approved first, and the H4 is approved later, your status will be H4 and you ahve to file the H1 application again. Of course, if the H4 is approved first and the h1 approval later, you will be fine. 是要再file一個什麽form去withdraw之前的I-539嗎？ -You can not withdraw the H4, otherwise your status will have gap from the date you quit the job to the date your H1 filing. 這樣會confuse USCIS導致新的H1B不被批準嗎？或者USCIS手裏同時有兩個case，一個是之前file的change of status I-539，一個是新的H1B petition，他們會不會弄亂了？
很多recruiter都建議H1B的人不要這麽折騰，要等新的H1B petition file上去了再辭職， -I agree with this suggestion. 但我實在不想再在現在的公司呆著了，快被累死了。懇請有經驗的童鞋指點一下，非常非常感謝！
