I received my I-140 approval(EB1b) and am preparing 485 document for me and my family together. They have H4 visa and are in US.
I include employment letter, but do I need to provide Affidavit of Support for my family?
-No. Employment-base category like yours does not need I-864.
Do I need to include my tax return files for 485?
-No.
Does anyone know the time filing 485 may take? I received my 140 approved in 10 days.
-Because EB1B prority date is current for long time and it seems it is still current contniually, you can file your I-485 any time from now on unless the PD is not current.
