Question about dependent filing 485 together, Thanks.

I received my I-140 approval(EB1b) and am preparing 485 document for me and my family together. They have H4 visa and are in US. I include employment letter, but do I need to provide Affidavit of Support for my family?  Do I need to include my tax return files for 485? Does anyone know the time filing 485 may take? I received my 140 approved in 10 days. Thanks.
