我的問題是：

1， 是移民局工作失誤，還是我上次去打指模應該帶I-797表和I-797C表，2月份打指模是補辦I-797C的?兩表有什麽不同嗎？

-Just go ahead to do the second fingerpringting. Sometimes you may need to do fingerpringting several times if your fingerprinting quality is not good enough.

 

2， 遞交485後才知道應同時變更姓名，現有EAD，去申請SSN時，帶著結婚證可以免費變更姓和名嗎？或有其他好辦法？

-You may go to the court to change the name and then, bring the name change document/certificate for the SSN. You also can bring the name change certificate to do the fingpringting and then, ask the USCIS officer to see whether the officer can change your name in your I-485 in USCIS system so that your green card will have your new name.

 

3， 下一步應是麵談嗎？

-Yes.

4， 用中國護照和AP回中國後，肯定能入境返回美國嗎？

-No problem at all.

沒綠卡還是有些擔心。
