My friend stayed in a lab only for two weeks. For some reason, she had to go back to China. Immediately, she has 2 years' service duty. Although she has a good offer now, she must make a waiver first.

Question 2: Can she come to US without waiver? - Yeah, depends the visa type (J-1 及兩年豁免)
