皮匠老師的指南中EB 交485 是按州劃片的。

以下是今天從uscis website copied "Direct filing address for Form 485". 對於EB1/2/3,是不是不管 哪州都寄Dallas了？（網站上表格左右兩欄就不qi)

 

You are filing Form I-485 together with Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, or based on a pending or approved Form I-140.

Petitioners filing Form I-140 with Form I-485 for “Skilled Workers” (Category “f” on Form I-140) 

Petitioners filing form I-485 alone or together with Form I-140 for any other employment-based classification

The USCIS Nebraska or Texas Service Centers, depending on the location of the beneficiary’s permanent employment. See Form I-140 instructions for addresses.
