1，離開美國去香港時還是要像以前一樣交回I94嗎？

是否要攜帶所有H1B Petition的材料原件，再次入境美國時重新給新的I94?

-Correct.Also bring the employment verification letter from your employer or/and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs with you.

2，我在香港不會滯留超過7天，這種情況不需要到領事館辦通行證吧？

-Contact the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in US.

另外，上次和HR部門說根據中美協議，我的收入應該是免稅的，給他們提供了IRS的兩個文件的鏈接。過了2天HR的人就讓我去重新填了一個W4表格，在第七項那個地方寫了個Exempt。這樣就可以了嗎？

-Fine.

不需要辦其它手續嗎？

-No. But you still need to file the federal tax return and give the tax exempt reason in the tax return even if you do not need to pay the income tax. You need to pay the state tax if your state have state tax.
