他們之前一直居住在中國北京，目前已經委托國內家人在當地公安局派出所開具了無犯罪記錄的證明，並且拿到北京公證處進行了公證，但是公證處沒有將公安局派出所的證明複印件附在公證書中，而是直接公證說本人沒有在中國的犯罪記錄。
公證員說公證書格式都有司法部門的統一規定，不能將派出所的證明影印，翻譯，公證。這樣的格式是不是正確呢？

-Just provide that photocopy of the 公證書, and also go to your local police deaprtment (normally inside your city courthouse or somewhere) to get the "certificate of police clearance". Then, send the photocopies for the RFE.
到底什麽是certificate of police clearance, 要不要派出所原件？
-No. Your parents will be interviewed later and then, they can provide the original one (原件) during the interview.
