NIW RFE response is somewhat complicate and very important,so I suggest you to find a lawyer to help you for this RFE response (at least ask them to modify/revise your daft of the response for you and you can negotiate for the lawyer fee). Over all, I feel your qualifications are much good enough for the NIW and if your response to the RFE is good, I am confident that your I-140 will be approved.
