我EAD十二月10日到期,公司的律師在九月10日為我們全家(我,老婆和女兒)申請了EAD/RENEW。如果EAD過期,我將失去工作,我在11月30日給USCIS打電話,要求加速我的CASE處理。公司的律師在12月初時也打電話和EMAIL給USCIS,要求加速我的CASE處理。結果是我太太和女兒的CASE在12月10日批了,而我的CASE 還沒有批。
12月3日,USCIS發信給我:with Receipt #, Referral ID: T1b3xxxxxxxxxTSC,Case Type:I765

我的問題:1.不明白為什麽會收到這封信。需3個月,太可怕了。
2.是因為我在11月30日的電話導致我的EAD延遲/從新處理,否則應和太太,女兒的EAD一起批下來。
3.我現在已被停職/薪,如30天內還拿不到EAD,就徹底失去工作了。我應該將該信轉給律師嗎?
4.我現在應該做什麽?
