跪求863211/Pijiang老師，各位大俠EAD問題，在線等！

我EAD十二月10日到期，公司的律師在九月10日為我們全家（我，老婆和女兒）申請了EAD/RENEW。如果EAD過期，我將失去工作，我在11月30日給USCIS打電話，要求加速我的CASE處理。公司的律師在12月初時也打電話和EMAIL給USCIS,要求加速我的CASE處理。結果是我太太和女兒的CASE在12月10日批了，而我的CASE 還沒有批。

12月3日，USCIS發信給我：with Receipt #, Referral ID: T1b3xxxxxxxxxTSC,Case Type:I765

Type of Service Request:Non-Delivery of Other Notice,

However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. 我的問題：1.不明白為什麽會收到這封信。需3個月，太可怕了。

2.是因為我在11月30日的電話導致我的EAD延遲/從新處理，否則應和太太，女兒的EAD一起批下來。

3.我現在已被停職/薪，如30天內還拿不到EAD,就徹底失去工作了。我應該將該信轉給律師嗎？

4.我現在應該做什麽？
