“When you apply for GC, the sponsor must specify the years of experience needed to perform the job.  If they put "O", a lot of US workers can qualify only if they have the college degree.  If they put "1" or "2" years, then Labor Dept. will question why you were hired by the employer without experience when you started the job on H-1B.
It'll be better to have another sponsor, if possible.”
