H1B 明年九月第一個三年將到期。公司同意幫辦綠卡。

可是律師說同一家公司不能幫我申請綠卡，- either you might misunderstand him or he is not in immigration field

我有些糊塗了，請各位大俠給些建議。行謝啦！

1。H1B 何時應辦理另一個三年的延期？- 6 mos in advance at most

2。為什麽同一公司不能辦幫綠卡？
