但如果老板從11月開始不付給我H1B申請時寫的工資的話，是不是就違反了相關規定？

-No if the H1 effective date is on 1/1/2011. Before that date, your status is still F1 and you can continue your parttime job using CPT even if the H1 is approved before 1/1/2011.

我有沒有辦法11月和12月還是part-time, 從明年1月起再full-time?或者幹脆11月和12月叫老板先別付我工資？
