謝謝老師的回複，對不起我沒有解釋清楚，H1B effective date是11/1/2010。還沒有收到正式的notice,但是approval email是這麽寫的。我是不是從現在開始就要full-time工作？
-Yes. Technically your employer has to pay you full time salary now, but if they do not pay you that now but pay you in Jan. 2011, pratically it will be OK if you do not have a problem unless USCIS will conduct the on-site H1 Inspection on your H1 case before Jan. 1, 2011 (this probability is very small and you can ignore it).
