回複：父母 485，沒有指紋通知3個月，移民局網站查不到case status, 謝謝答複指點

我有兩個 疑問:

 

第一是是否繼續等待，還是有必要再service request

-Your parents may visit USCIS local office to see whether USCIS has send the Appointment Notice for fingprinting.

 

 第二， I-130, I131 check online status能查到父母case的狀態, but my parent's I 485, after I input receipt number, no cases could be found. 移民局website online 為什麽查不到我父母485狀態， 是不是也要打1800電話谘詢， 還是網上信息不準？ 係統顯示如下信息：

-Normal. The online status checking system is always incorrect.
