我8月上旬幫助父母申請綠卡（他們是在美國遞交申請的），20天左右收到receipt Notice. 現在快3個月了，指紋通知還沒有收到。我在遞交申請後兩個月時做了service request, 詢問I-485 case status, and no finger print notice. 不久收到service request response mail letter: your application information has been entered system which schedules applicant for their biometrics at local applicant service center (ASC). .....
我有兩個 疑問:
第一是是否繼續等待，還是有必要再service request
第二， I-130, I131 check online status能查到父母case的狀態, but my parent's I 485, after I input receipt number, no cases could be found. 移民局website online 為什麽查不到我父母485狀態， 是不是也要打1800電話谘詢， 還是網上信息不準？ 係統顯示如下信息：
