今天收到USCIS的補件通知.
我現在的情況如下:
I-129(我的H1B的第二個三年)申請PENDING.
I-539中包括老婆與孩子.老婆已回國,孩子在此讀書.她們的H4於9月2號到期,而在此日期之前我們遞交了I-539.
補件通知要求我在11月底之前提供我的I-129的批準證明以及最近三個月的薪水單,為此我麵臨幾個問題:
1.I-129申請PENDING,不知道怎麽辦?
2.薪水單中還是我的舊地址(與I-539中的地址不同),我已經搬家.會有問題嗎?

3.我的公司也更換的地址,會有問題嗎?
-Fine.
4.我老婆的申請還有可能批準嗎(她人在中國)?
-Yes or not all possible. But Whether it is approved or not, it does not matter to her because she will apply for the H4 visa to come back to get the h4 status, anyway. So, you need to send your H1 approval notice to her for her H4 visa application after your H1 extension is approved. Her h1 duration (I-94) will be the same as your H1 duration no matter she get the H4 visa to enter US or her H4 extension application is approved.
