還有就是問題 1: I-129申請PENDING,我能提供什麽呢?

-They can not apply for the H4 visa until your H1 extension is approved if your old h1 expired.

我在I-539的申請中已經將查詢case status 的 Number提供給了他們．

-It is useless for the H4 visa applciation. Only your H1 approval notice can be used for their H4 visa application.
