If our case is not the only one, USCIS should take the responsibility of the mistake they made. The other thing is that if we file the applications again, will it count as the first application or it will take over our 2nd chance to apply for the RP. As USCIS only allows us to apply RP twice,by which we will be OK to live overseas without worrying about visiting USA.
I do not think they can find our mails as they indicated that the mails had been sent out almost 3 months ago.
If you can not get the reentry permit back, you have to come back to US before your stay in China reaches one year.
Does this mean that every year we only need to visit USA once instead of twice without the RP?
