We submitted the changing address request before we left for China. After the search, it seems that they sent the mails to the address in USA, which we do not live any more.
-USCIS always makes this kind of mistake if you change your address.
Do you have any other way to ask them to resend the mails to us?!
-You can try and if USCIS can find the returned mail, they may send it to you again. The problem is that you are not in US and thus, it is very inconvenient to contact USCIS from outside US. If you can not get the reentry permit back, you have to come back to US before your stay in China reaches one year.
