回複：天亮就去離婚了

一直睡不著。想上來問問大家的意見，我該怎麽做？

1.我的臨時綠卡明年4月就到期了，我的身份是不是在離婚手續辦理後就失效了？

-File the I-751 immediately after you divorce, and thus your 臨時綠卡 status will be valid until you get the permanent GC.

2.我也不確定能否說服他幫我在轉正申請上簽字，

-Not need if you decide to divorce.

而且現在也不是談這個的時候，那麽現在我需要準備的是什麽呢？我能夠做些什麽？

3.我知道婚姻終止後可以隨時單方麵提出申請，但是我不確定離婚要經曆多長時間，我也不清楚是否應該等明天

辦了手續就提出申請

還是要等到真的拿到了離婚證（如果這邊有這個說法的話）後才能單方麵申請？

-Not need based on recent immigration rule. You can filel I-751 Waiver as long as you decide to divorce (not need to divorce first)if your conditional green card will expire in 90 days.

因為我還有2個月就該申請正式綠卡了。
