y EAD is pending over 100 days and about to expire very soon, I have requested Expedite service last week by calling the 1800 number and fax another request letter this morning.
-Go to the USCIS local office to push them. If the EAD is not approved in a few days (e.g. 3 to 4 days) after visiting the local office, you may email complaint to cisombudsman.publicaffairs@dhs.gov providing the officer ID and name whom you contact in the email.
While I prepare for worst case scenario, I wonder what option have now? I changed job a few month ago by using EAD, now my old 6 year H-1b just expire last month. My question is can the new company apply for a new H-1B for me? Thanks!!!!
-Yes, but the H1 approval will have no I-94 and you have to go outside US to get the H1 visa to activate it.
