EAD renew pending, 可以重新申請H1-b嗎?

My EAD is pending over 100 days and about to expire very soon, I have requested Expedite service last week by calling the 1800 number and fax another request letter this morning.

While I prepare for worst case scenario, I wonder what option have now?  I changed job a few month ago by using EAD, now my old 6 year H-1b just expire last month. My question is can the new company apply for a new H-1B for me? Thanks!!!!
