a. i am deaf or hard of hearing and request the following accommodation (if requesting a sign -language interpreter, indicate which language.
b. i am blind or signt -impaired and request the followint accommodations
c. i have another type of disability and /or impairment
-None of these applys to your parents. "不懂英語" does not mean vision or hearing disability.
