請問父母不懂英語.公民替父母填寫form I-485時在問題part 4 (page no.5)是填a or b or c?

a. i am deaf or hard of hearing and request the following accommodation (if requesting a sign -language interpreter, indicate which language.

b. i am blind or signt -impaired and request the followint accommodations

c. i have another type of disability and /or impairment

移民局會找人在麵試時翻譯嗎?兒子可以嗎?謝謝!!!
