One more fact to add. When I filled in the application I-765, I used the CORRECT address. My old address was from my other applications, I-140, I-485 (they all were handled by my lawyer and I get all the info from my lawyer. however I did provide the old address). Plus I changed my online address on 09AUG2010 and got the confirmation. I really do not know why not USCIS officer use the address on the application? Also I received my receipt notice with correct address. Please help.
