863211老師，是不是都會收到USCIS send I-485 RFE for the employment status？？

863211老師，是不是都會收到If USCIS send I-485 RFE for the employment status，

那就是說，在485pending期間，一定要有有效的h1b才行？不是說隻要交了485 就可以在美國合法等綠卡，即使當時沒有有效身份也行嘛？不明白了，請指教！
