回複：AP批準日期：情況較複雜

1. 如何知道AP的批準日期？收到的AP上能看到嗎？現在上麵的Date Issed都是Nov. 21, 2010。

-The issue date is the approval date. Obviously, it was an error in your AP issue date.

2. 移民局8/23/2010寫給我的信能作為AP是8/23/2010或之前批準的證據嗎？此證據下次入關時能被承認嗎？如能被承認我就不會有問題了，

-Provide the the USCIS email indicating your AP approval, your AP application receipt (if possible), the approved AP and this letter to the CBP officer when you return and explain it to the officer (if necessary). I think you will be OK.

因為我8月26日才離美。
