回複：The expiration date on AP is November 20, 2011

On both AP pages, it says Presentation of the original of this document prior to November 20, 2011 allows ... So weird.

My current AP expires October 20, 2010. Thanks.

另外：移民局的通知批準電郵是08/27發給我的，而我8/26離美,單就這一點有問題嗎？

-It seems USCIS intended to issue the AP with effective date on Nov. 21, 2010 because your old AP is still valid until October 20, 2010.  I am not sure whether you will have problem or not because the approval email was one day later after you leave US, but you probadly will be OK if the CBP officer is not picky (most CBP officers are not picky in this kind of issue with only one day difference). You may provide the emergency evidences to the CBP officer an dexplain why you were so urgent to leave US.

萬一有問題，移民局8/23寫給我的關於我8/20電話expedite request for extreme emergent need的信能夠作為證明：我是因emgergency才提前一天離美嗎？如果因emgergency在AP批準前離美，CBP officer能原諒我嗎？（我會附上application receipt，the approved AP）。
