本人是07年申請的h1b cap extension through non-profit & governmental research category. 現在要延期,請問是否還要再次提交材料證明可以qualify exempt呢?

-Yes, extension procedure and requirement are the same as the new one. Just proivde the same justification materials as the first time application.

主要是因為聽說現在extension查的嚴了, 不知道cap-exempt的是不是也改規矩了.
