我找的一個律師卻告訴我不需要再次提交證明是ｅｘｅｍｐｔ的材料．不知道這是慣例還是這個律師自己的解釋？

-Because USCIS has your employer's file at the first time applciation, it may be OK not to provide it again. Anyway, USCIS will not deny your applciation and if they need more information, they will send you RFE. But if you provide all the information, it will avoid any possible delay.

請８爺給個說法，　多謝了．　如果律師有問題,　那我隻好再找一個了．．．

-Not need to change the lawyer.
